About Margo
Margo will be located on the fourth floor of Clio, a private members’ club. The menu for Margo has been designed by Executive Chef Marc Cheng and Chef de Cuisine Jo Castrinos. It spotlights ingredients and flavours of the Mediterranean Coast, the Iberian Peninsula, and Lebanon.
The ingredients are taken from both land and sea. The seafood offerings are dishes like Whole Lobster Linguine for two, Grilled Octopus, and Mediterranean Sea Bass. Other Mediterranean items include Saganaki, Ontario Rack of Lamb, and Mushroom Kosheri.
“Some of my fondest childhood memories involve sitting in my mother’s kitchen, tasting her incredible food which was heavily influenced by her own culinary experiences and travels along the Mediterranean,” Charles Khabouth, CEO and Founder of INK Entertainment Group said in a press release statement.
The restaurant will also have a Mediterranean-inspired wine program. Beverages from different countries are featured, including Mallorca, Lebanon, Greece, and Italy. Guests can indulge in a signature cocktail menu, which includes drinks that have Tsiporo Greek Moonshine, gold flakes, and more.
Margo is opening on April 25 and you can make reservations in advance on OpenTable. The restaurant is also serving Sunday brunch from 11 am to 3 pm.
