If I had to make a list of all the dishes that were loved by Torontonians, it would never end. However, a top favourite is definitely ramen. The Japanese dish is a fixture in the city and there’s nothing like enjoying a warm bowl for a relaxing meal. There are many great places for ramen in the city and one of them has introduced a rare ramen dish, making it the first Canadian restaurant to do so.
KINTON RAMEN in Toronto
While the liquid for the noodle dish is typically made from pork (and sometimes chicken or both) KINTON RAMEN is doing something different. The restaurant has recently unveiled a rare type of ramen, which features only beef broth. Sounds weird? It’s not just you.
A beef broth-only ramen isn’t a Japanese staple either. Although beef ramen can be found in some areas of Japan, the broth is often mixed with others. KINTON RAMEN’s broth comes from slow-roasted beef brisket and tallow, with the recipe created by Chef Aki Urata and his team.

The new menu item is available in two different flavours, which are the Original and Spicy Garlic, of which the latter comes with grated garlic and shredded chilli pepper. Another menu addition is also the Beef Donburi.
You can head to KINTON RAMEN in Toronto to try the dish at the restaurant itself or you can also order it for delivery through Uber Eats.
