Sometimes the bathroom is the coolest part of a restaurant. In the case of San Diego’s new sushi restaurant Bang Bang, which opened just weeks ago, you don’t need to see the menu to know that a trip to the Ryan Gosling themed women’s bathroom is going to be a part of your dining experience. Yes, the ladies room is decked out from floor to ceiling in Ryan Gosling posters in the spirit of a teenage girl’s bedroom or locker… or, you know, a nameless View the Vibe staff member’s closet walls. Sure, the men’s room might have a gorilla theme, but what’s better than re-applying your lipstick while you re-enact scenes from The Notebook? Men can have the John, but the girls now have “the Ryan.” Expect longer than usual wait times, ladies.
