On July 17th, City Shred challenges you to push your limits, work as a team and, more importantly, break a sweat. If you’re looking for a fun and exciting workout that gets you out of your comfort zone, City Shred is the event for you.
All the way from Australia, Trainer Andrew Pap will put you to work for a 2-hour HIIT experience alongside top local trainers at U of T’s Varsity Stadium.
