In case you live under a rock, the CAFA Awards took place virtually this week. When we’re not living through a global pandemic, the awards ceremony is one of the biggest events on the Canadian fashion calendar but don’t worry — it was still fabulous nonetheless. While there was no live red carpet, celebrated fashion photographers George Pimental and Jimmy Hamelin drove all over Toronto & Montreal and set up socially distanced photoshoots for nominees and would-be attendees.
