- 2 ounces of orange juice
- 1 ounce 100% unsweetened cranberry juice

- For the garnish: fresh or frozen cranberries, rosemary sprigs

- Place the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add the cranberry, orange juice, Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon, MARTINI vermouth, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker, add 1 handful of ice, and shake until cold.
- Strain into a glass. Any type of lowball glass works!
- Garnish and serve. It’s nice to garnish with fresh or frozen cranberries. For the best presentation, use clear ice: it’s crystal clear ice that you can cut into large, organic shapes.
Christmas Kentucky Buck

Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour

- 1 ½ ounce (3 tablespoons) Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice
- 2 to 4 teaspoons of maple syrup, to taste
- Pinch of ground cinnamon, optional

- Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar about two-thirds full with ice. Pour in the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Securely fasten the lid and shake well.

INGREDIENTS:
- Boiling water, to fill a mug
- 4 cloves
- 1 lemon peel or wheel
- 2 teaspoons demerara sugar or brown sugar
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 ounces Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon
DIRECTIONS, according to liquor.com:
- Fill a mug with boiling water and let stand for a minute or two to warm.
- Meanwhile, stick the cloves into the lemon peel or wheel and set aside.
- Empty the mug and fill it about halfway with fresh boiling water.
- Add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
- Add the prepared lemon peel or wheel and stir.
- Add the lemon juice and whiskey, and stir again.

- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. the ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon
- Whipped cream, for serving

Step 1: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla and slowly bring the mixture to a low boil.

Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar until yolks are pale in colour. Slowly add hot milk mixture to egg yolks in batches to temper the eggs and whisk until combined.
Step 3: Return mixture to the saucepan and cook over medium heat until slightly thick (and coats the back of a spoon) but does not boil. (If using a candy thermometer, the mixture should reach 160º.)
Step 4: Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and, if using, bourbon. Refrigerate until chilled.
