Beyond Monet Event Details
Beyond Monet is set to bring the French impressionist painter’s work to the large scale with projections, music and sound effects. Famous for his water lilies series, this Monet exhibit will be fully immersive as audience members can walk right into the paintings and become one with the moving pieces. The event will be produced by Canadian companies Beyond Exhibitions Inc. and Normal Studio.
An exact date has yet to be announced but we do know that the event will be ready by summertime. Beyond Monet will take about 1 hour to walk through and merch will be available for purchase at the end. Tickets will be timed, social distancing will be in effect and mask protocols will need to be followed at all times to help keep the spread of COVID-19 to a minimum. As mentioned on the event website “For every ticket that is purchased, one dollar will go towards an all-new fellowship program, the Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) Fellowship, to help magnify the creative vision and voices of the BIPOC community”.Register for pre-sale tickets here.
