What better time to kickstart World Mastercard Fasion Week than after a heavy weekend of green beer and gluttony? Nevertheless, this annual event that celebrates the whimsical world of Canadian trends and haute couture is coming up from March 18th to 22nd. With a bevy of bodacious events around Toronto, what would a celebration be without the addition of some amazing eats courtesy of Mastercard’s Stylicity partnerships?
Keeping with the true View the Vibe spirit, Nicki took a trip to Canyon Creek on Front with a few of her favourite, fashionable ladies – Val (I’m Charming You), Kate (@Hi_Miss_Kate) and Tiffany (She’s So Savvy) – to indulge in the unbelievably affordable, and (as you’ll see in the vlog) delectable, $25 prix fixe menu. The special menu, in honour of World Mastercard Fashion Week and Stylicity will hit the runway from March 15th through 31st. Featuring fabulous baked potato soup with Applewood smoked bacon, a gorgeous grilled top sirloin and a pretty little pumpkin crème brule, among other delish dishes, you might just get a little starstruck. Also, don’t forget to sample their signature drink, The Stiletto, a mix of Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka, Chambord and fresh lemon. As Nicki puts it, when your feet hurt from a long day on the red carpet, this is exactly what every gal needs!
