On August 17, 2023, the TIFF 2023 Press Event took place at the TIFF Bell Lightbox, honouring the Canadian films showcased in TIFF 2023’s official selection. The occasion included a red carpet, insightful presentations by TIFF executives and programmers, and an unveiling of this year’s captivating lineup. Cameron Bailey, the TIFF CEO, also unveiled the rebranded name of the newly renovated cafe bar at the TIFF Bell Lightbox, set to welcome the public this upcoming fall.
