The concept of food halls and markets has always been celebrated, not just in The 6ix, but around the world. After all, they’re each a one-stop-spot for sampling a whole variety of snacks and meals in one go. This was the aim behind Bold Food Hub, the latest food hall in Toronto that features three different Chinese restaurants.

The three brands include A Bite of Sichuan, Three Kingdoms Pizza, and Fortune Tea. The food hall offers the perfect opportunity to sample flavours from different parts of China. The first two are established names in China, with multiple locations all over the country, while this marks Fortune Tea’s first opening. The interiors themselves are a celebration of the culture, with colourful art and décor.

So what does each place have to offer? Starting with A Bite of Sichuan, you can enjoy a selection of snacks and street food items. If you’re looking to try a little bit of everything, then you can’t miss out on their Signature Nine Dishes at A Bite of Sichuan, which features a bite sized version of each dish.
Moving onto Three Kingdoms Pizza, the spot offers Chinese flatbread pizzas, which are called guokui and translates to pot helmet. They’re available in flavours like spicy beef, BBQ mushroom, and pork & veggie. End your meal with some delectable bubble tea from Fortune Tea, which offers tea crèmes, lattes and fruity drinks.
Bold Food Hub is located at 5 Baldwin Street, and they’re open daily from 11:30am.
