The Four Seasons Hotel & Residences is one of the most iconic places in the city. So, what better place to host a TIFF kick-off party than the legendary Yorkville building, inside the space with culinary creations by legendary chef Daniel Boulud. d|bar‘s annual party was titled Festival After Dark and brought together tons of Toronto’s top talent to celebrate the festival‘s 2023 season.

The Four Season’s annual Festival After Dark festival kick-off is ALWAYS a well attended event, and despite the lack of Hollywood presence this year, local socialites, celebrities and people of interest definitely did not lack…in fact, a huge chunk of the Rogers personalities were seen celebrating their recent addition of Meredith Shaw to BT, to replace Dina as co-host alongside Sid Teixeiro.

There was no shortage of style that night.

Everyone was excited to celebrate TIFF, including these Toronto socialites.

Including a champagne and oysters (seen below) bar, that included none other than a heap of caviar!
Who doesn’t love a little caviar, right?
Seafood bar.
Decadent juicy beef sliders topped with mozzarella.
Of course, there was no shortage of cocktails at the event.
Chef Daniel Boulud (right) himself even made an appearance.
With many fey figures in the room, including RIMOWA’s Ivan Mao.
Even the likes of our very own Editor-in-Chief, Steven Branco (centre) seen here along side his partner, (newly appointed as the head of F&B for the new KITH set to open in Yorkville, in partnership with Major Food Group–yup the group behind iconic restaurant concepts like Carbone).

Showcasing Ryan Emberley’s, ‘Festival After Dark’ exhibit

This year, the Four Seasons unveiled a captivating photo exhibit of celebrity moments curated by renowned photographer Ryan Emberley called, Festival After Dark. Haven’t checked it out just yet? No worries, the exhibit remains on display throughout the rest of the festival season.
