With patios and outdoor dining finally set to open back up this weekend, we’re all feeling the excitement. It’s certainly the kind of start to the summer we’ve been waiting for, especially with upcoming pop-ups and locations. So, does Toronto really need two more pop-ups this summer? We think yes. Add to the list Momofuku’s two new pop-ups.

Momofuku Teams Up With Blood Brothers And Stackt Market
Each of their pop-ups is in collaboration with two different locations. One of their partnerships has been with Blood Brothers Brewing, where the noodle bar will be taking over the bottle shops kitchen. Are you excited yet? It’s not just a new menu on the launch, but a collaboration beer as well – the Tiny IPA.

It’s a special menu that you might not want to miss out on. Customers can try out the pork katsu sando (baguette topped with panko-friend pork belly and pickled daikon), spicy chicken sando, croquettas and pork belly bun.
The second pop-up is in partnership with Stackt Market, which is not yet open to the public. The menu at this location will feature chilled spicy noodles (with Sichuan beef sausage) and pork buns as well.
Try The Menu For Yourself
Momofuku’s two new pop-ups are expected to operate for the duration of summer. The Blood Brothers’ location is offering the menu for takeout every Wednesday to Sunday from 1pm – 7pm. A date has not yet been announced for the Stackt Market location.
