If you’re looking for a chance to dine at Don Alfonso 1890 for the summer, we’ve got good news. The restaurant is set to make a stunning return on July 21 to Toronto’s iconic Casa Loma.

Don Alfonso 1890
So what type of cuisine can guests expect? Known for its Mediterranean flair and high-quality ingredients, the restaurant features the amazing flavours of the Amalfi coast. It also highlights the Michelin cuisine of Alfonso and Ernesto Iaccarino. The eight-course tasting menu showcases a unique array of creative dishes. Some of these include ice creamed eel with Sturgeon caviar, organic Manitoba bison tenderloin and more.
The pop-up restaurant will also offer an expanded a-la-carte menu. Guests can look forward to delicacies like soy-smoked organic tofu soup, rigatoni Vesuvius and other options. Each dish is made with the finest quality ingredients and served with a visually stunning presentation.
The restaurant also hosts curated wines from Casa Loma’s renowned cellar. The pairing of the beverages with the menu is done under the guidance of sommelier James Peden.

Located in Casa Loma’s Conservatory, the dining capacity for Don Alfonso 1890 has been limited to 60 seats and reservations can be made online here.
