Ever wish you had a time machine? Well the closest you may get to your dream becoming a reality is visiting this Toronto restaurant. Why you may ask? Well, they have just recently announced that every Friday night they will host a jazz night. Their jazz nights will feature a band playing 1930s swing jazz (everyone’s favourite, right?). Sound intriguing? We’ve got the details.
Jazz Night at Byblos Uptown
Every Friday evening from 5-8pm, Byblos Uptown will be hosting a jazz night featuring 1930s swing jazz. There’s really nothing quite like dinner accompanied by some live music. The vibes at Byblos Uptown will be cool and swingin’.
Byblos Uptown is featuring Toronto band ‘The Sonny Balcones’ at their weekly jazz night. The band describes their music by saying “Their live show has a comfort and familiarity as if an old friend has invited you into their living room while they tell you about all their (mis)adventures since you last met. You may find yourself snapping your fingers, tapping your toes, or making eyes across the bar. Music to swoon to,” on their website.
