Billy Bones x Liberty Commons Rib Fest
Did you miss out on Toronto Ribfest this year? Instead of crying into your smoker, come out and join us at our Billy Bones BBQ collab event! On September 28, we’ll be dishing out all sorts of ribby goodness–from Pastrami Beef Ribs to Tandoori Baby Back Pork Ribs to Billy Bones Staple St. Louis Ribs–from 12pm ’til we run out! Plus, dig into our fresh Cornbread, Pork + Maple Baked Beans, and Creamy Coleslaw sides.
Wash it all down with Big Rock’s Warthog Ale, or their special Table Saison, brewed just for this event–light and crisp with a lot of tangy character, this brew is the perfect palate cleanser between lip-smacking, ribby bites.
