Café Boulud Presents a Taste of the True North With an All-Star Lineup of Celebrity Chefs
On Wednesday, October 30, Chef Daniel Boulud and Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Trosien will host a collaborative dinner at Café Boulud. Joining them will be Chef Nuit Regular of Kiin, Chef Ivana Raca of Ufficio and Ottawa’s very own Chef Katie Ardington of Beckta, creating the ultimate celebrity chef lineup.
Bringing their own signature styles to each dish, these chefs will host an unforgettable evening and an even better meal. The evening will be kicked off with Chef Nuit Regular’s deep understanding of the art of Royal Thai cuisine highlighting delicate and complex flavours. Chef Ivana Raca will blend signature Italian cuisine to complement Boulud’s favourite French classics inspired by family meals in Lyon. Ending on a sweet note, Chef Katie Ardington will create deliciously decadent desserts for guests to enjoy. Each course will include wine pairings from Ann Sperling’s Southbrook Vineyards.
