    City Shred – Fuelled by Genuine Health

    City Shred is BACK and you’re invited to be a part of an epic one-day group-training experience. Set on the turf at BallSport Stadium, CITY SHRED Fuelled by Genuine Health will test your strength, endurance, agility, and speed to complete a killer HIIT workout like no other.
     
    Join us and Toronto’s top fitness trainers for a one-hour HIIT workout led by renowned LA trainer Ashley Guarrasi. Featuring a live DJ, the fitness event will kick off with a partner burpee challenge that will have participants leaving it all on the turf. Followed by an empowering leadership panel featuring inspirational women from Toronto’s health, wellness and fitness community.

    HOST:

    Raia “Coach” Carey: Passionate about helping others tap into their hidden confidence as a professional life coach and speaker.

    TRAINERS:

    Gill Munn: Master trainer for Elle Fitness specializing in bootcamps and overall conditioning. Gill aims to give women a platform to excel through fitness.

    Karina Vottchal: Founding trainer at Barrys Bootcamp Canada, co-founder of Fit Escapes, yoga instructor and boxing coach. Katrina is also a certified nutritionist with a passion for all thing’s health and wellness.

    Julie Harrish: Founder of 6ix Cycle, Julie is not your average spin instructor. Known for hip-hop style spin classes, Julies overall focus is to train like an athlete, on and off the bike. When she isn’t taking you for the ride of your life you can find Julie hitting the weights hard.

    Emma Brown: Instructor at Spokehaus, trainer at Equinox and founder of Sweat with Studio app. Emma also participates in Girls in Fitness Training, which is a program developed to promote fitness into teen females to encourage healthy living.

    Matt Pauderis: Founder of She’s So Fit online program and personal trainer for over 10+ years. Matt is all about helping others realize their full potential, he aims to inspire and motivate through fitness.

    Niko Mullings: Personal trainer at Catalyst Health and class instructor at Bolo. Nikos fitness approach is well rounded incorporating movements from martial arts and incorporates strengthening and conditioning. Niko has worked with exceptional athletes such as UofT, George Brown College and Ryerson Universities basketball teams.
