Free Yoga Classes at Good Space

To celebrate its opening on April 30, Good Space is hosting a community yoga weekend filled with movement, mindfulness, and good vibes.
The new business will offer free classes on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM- 2:30 PM. The classes will be their three-class schedule: “Move” (more active), “Ease” (restorative), and “Still” (meditation focus).
