The concert is the culmination of the 2023 season of their non-profit artist development programme which provides mentoring, educational, performance and networking opportunities – see  @honeyjam / honeyjam.com.  It is a welcoming, supportive sisterhood and a safe space for young women to not only learn about the industry but also to be vulnerable, to build self-esteem and long-lasting relationships.20 acts are set to take the stage including 18 emerging artists and 2 special segments.  With 2023 being the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop, building on their Women in Hip Hop panel and celebration in June, there will be a hip hop cypher featuring some OGs and up-and-comers backed by legendary DJ Melboogie and powered by PUMA.
