This Year Features a Special Creation

Golden Bubbles, this summer’s latest dessert obsession known for bubble waffles shaped in a cone and filled with a variety of toppings like fruit, ice cream and more, is sailing into uncharted territory by introducing their mac and cheese Hong Kong waffles to the world for the very first time.

Crispy on the outside and cheesy in the inside, the towering Mac and Cheese HK waffles are loaded with deliciously creamy gourmet mac and cheese. Further, the specially made garlic parmesan flavoured bubble waffles offer a delectably creative way to contain the rich, cheesy sauce inside.

Finally, the Mac and Cheese HK waffles are finished with savoury bacon and more cheese on top, and then torched to present a crispy texture of perfection.

We’re North America’s largest food festival and competition celebrating everything mac and cheese. We fed and entertained over 60,000 fans in 2017! Experienced chefs, cooks, and charities all compete. Teams will be competing for your votes to win the $10,000 cash prize, $5,000 of that is awarded to their charity of choice, by selling their crazy creations, all for you to taste at the festival!
