Course 1: Burrata alla Valtellina w/ Bresaola + Watercress Salad
Throughout the evening, you will have a choice of a glass of Visintini Merlot or Visintini Friulano wine. Your evening will begin with a delicious Burrata alla Valtellina. Our fresh Burrata, imported straight from Italy will be served with Bresaola from Valtellina, Italy, placed on a bed of watercress salad.
Course 2: Handmade Truffle Tagliatelle in a Rare White Alba Truffle Cream Sauce with Crispy Truffle Chips
Next on the menu, you’ll enjoy handmade truffle tagliatelle in a white Alba truffle cream sauce. Topped with perfectly crispy truffle chips. White Alba truffles are a rare luxury. Available only for a couple months a year, making them the most precious ingredient on this menu.
Course 3: Assortment of Artisan Flavoured Cheeses. Served with Balsamic Fig Jam and Fresh Fruits
