World Fitness Expo
The World Fitness Expo, North America’s largest fitness conference and trade show, is back this summer!
Dance superstar Derek Hough has joined fitness trainer, Jillian Michaels to headline the event, Derek leading a seminar and meet & greet and Jillian leading her world-famous BODYSHRED™ workout. Attendees can customize their experiences with 295 education sessions from over 200 leading industry experts about living a healthy and active lifestyle. In addition, the Expo is expanding its offerings even further to celebrate its 25-year milestone. Included are seven new SuperSessions, providing in-depth training on targeted fitness areas, as well as six commemorative 25th anniversary workshops.
The Expo will be on from August 8 to August 12 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
