Toronto never runs short of pop-ups but we have a feeling you’ll be especially excited for this one… Especially if you’re a Gilmore Girls fan.
This is major! Gilmore Girls fans, not only are you #blessed with a Gilmore Girls 4-episode long revival series but you can now taste that coffee Lorelai feens on the regular. Luke’s Diner pop-up coffee shops are set to open up across North America. And with the revival series, titled Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, set to hit Netflix on November 25th, you better believe they’re going balls out with the promo.

250 cafes will be converted into Luke’s Diner lookalikes and Canada is getting five of these pop-ups, four of which will conveniently be located in Toronto. The diners are scheduled to open October 5th (that’s tomorrow!!!) to coincide with the 16th anniversary of the series’ first air date.
Along with FREE coffee for the first 250 customers in each diner, Netflix says the pop-ups will also feature branded essentials like aprons, t-shirts, and a “fun surprise under their Gilmore Girls coffee sleeve”. While you’re biding your time until the premiere, get your fix of Stars Hollow at these Luke’s Diner Toronto locations:
