Anyone who lives in or around Toronto is most likely very aware of how expensive it is to rent and buy a condo in the city. As if all of those expenses aren’t enough, if you need a car to get around, the costs only seem to climb up and up. However, there is one brand new residential rental property that’s looking to help you out. Novus, a new upscale 579-suite complex in Liberty Village, has just announced that it’s giving away a brand new Tesla, along with parking, to the leaseholders of one suite.

Novus Giving Away a Tesla
The community first welcomed its residents on August 15 but there are many more units available. To incentivize folks and bring Novus’ commitment to sustainability to life, the first 200 leases signed will be automatically entered to win a Model 3 standard plus rear-wheel drive pearl white Tesla with parking. This includes all lease agreements that have already been signed to date.

“Novus is designed to provide a unique, urban rental living experience. Our intention is to create a community where sustainability, diversity and inclusion as well as health and well-being are at the forefront. We set out to make an impact knowing that these are initiatives our residents care about, but which are also ingrained in our company culture. We are committed to creating a community that fosters participation and celebrates all that makes Toronto a beautiful and diverse city,” said Gary Lee, Managing Director, Residential at BentallGreenOak (BGO) which is a global real estate investment management advisor company. “As we open for occupancy, we want to celebrate all of our new residents and welcome them to the Novus family – and one of the exciting ways we are doing this is by gifting an electric vehicle.”
Novus Amenities
In addition to a chance of winning a Tesla, Novus offers incredible services and amenities for its residents that include a two-level penthouse lounge, theatre room, fitness and yoga studio, a pet spa, cafe and wifi lounge, and much more. Because the residential building is in Liberty Village, it’s steps away from the waterfront, streetcar access, BMO Field and some of the city’s best parks, outdoor spaces, restaurants, nightlife and, of course, shopping!
But back to the free Tesla! The contest closes on either December 15, 2021 or following the first 200 leases signed. Plan on leasing with a roomate? If there are multiple leaseholders at one unit, the cash prize value will be divided equally among leaseholders.
