After a nearly 3-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the international tennis tournament, formerly known as the Rogers Cup, finally makes its official return at full capacity. Once again welcoming fans with a stellar cast of tennis’ best athletes, who bring this tournament to the forefront of the national sports scene, as the now named of the National Bank Open.

When is the 2022 National Bank Open WTA (women’s) iteration tournament in Toronto?
The WTA (women) iteration tournament of the 2022 National Bank Open in Toronto games will take place from August 6-14, 2022. While the ATP (men) iteration tournament is taking place in Montreal from August 4-14, 2022.
Where is the National Bank Open WTA (women) iteration in Toronto hosted?
The women (WTA) will play in Toronto at the Sobeys Stadium, formerly Aviva Centre and Rexall Centre, in North York near the York University campus. The men (ATP) tour is playing at the IGA Stadium in Montreal.
How to get to the Sobeys Stadium for the National Bank Open? (Get a FREE TTC ride)
By transit: Reduce the tournament’s carbon emissions by using public transportation. You can take the Subway to Pioneer Village Station, which is steps away from Sobeys Stadium. By car: From Highway 401, take Hwy. 401 to Hwy. 400 Northbound. Exit at Steeles Avenue and go East (York campus will be on your right) and follow the tournament branded signs. From Highway 407, take Hwy. 407 to Keele Street. Exit at Keele Street and go South. At Steeles Avenue turn right (York campus is now on your left) and follow the tournament branded signs. From Highway 400 (Southbound), take Hwy. 400 South to Hwy. 7. Exit onto Hwy. 7 and go East to Jane Street. At Jane Street make a right and head South. At Steeles Avenue turn left (York campus is now on your right) and follow the tournament branded signs. From Highway 400 (Northbound), take Hwy. 400 North to Steeles Avenue. Exit at Steeles Avenue and go east (York campus will be on your right) and follow the tournament branded signs.

Parking: There is public parking available from the paid TTC parking lot from 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. on weekdays, for $7 day rate, or $2 between 3pm and 2am (afternoon rate). Payment can be made on the Green P mobile app or at the pay-and-display machines by coin, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Parking is free on weekends and statutory holidays. No overnight parking allowed at any lot between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. every day. Enter Pioneer Village lot from the east side of Jane Street, just north of Steeles Avenue West; or from the north side of Steeles Avenue West at North West Gate.

What is the National Bank Open’s tournament schedule?
For morning games, gates open at 10am and start at 11am. For afternoon games, gates open at 5pm and start at 7pm, through to August 11th. Then as of Friday August 12th, session 11, the gates open at 11am and start at 12:30pm and the remaining match times slightly vary.
