Who’s excited to go to The CNE this year? The annual end-of-summer event is back next week. This year they are new attractions like the Superwheel, which gives 360 views of the city. You can expect the annual CNE attractions like the Drone Show Presented by VinFast, Food Truck Frenzy, and more. You can also shop at the CNE. There will be 700+ retailers, with international markets and warehouse sales happening over the course of the exhibition. Want to know more about what’s new at the CNE this year? About the CNE’s new attractions for 2023:
SuperWheel
Dubbed as North America’s tallest travelling Ferris wheel, the wheels stand up to 150ft high. It has 36 climate-controlled observation pods that seat 4 to 6 people.
Sparkling Symphony
The Vegas-style fountain show is a daily choreographed aquatic spectacle on Lake Ontario. There will be 11 fountains with different lights and lasers as part of the attraction.

Monster Compound Experience
This features daily performances from the Monster Energy Skateboard Team: DJ performances, racing simulators, and an on-site barber shop.
Ice Skating and Acrobatic Show: Time Flies
Special guest Elvis Stojko, a three-time World Champion, two-time Olympic silver medalist and seven-time Canadian champion will be making an appearance.
Echoes of Entertainment: A Concert History of the CNE
The photographic exhibition will have a display of past CNE concerts, along with a collection of music.
National Geographic Exhibit
The exhibit, titled Pristine Seas, was made to show the need for preserving areas with marine life.

Selfie Hallway
Snap a picture with newer creations like a giant floral aquarium, an 8-ft tall shimmer wall, and oversized models of CNE foods.
Cirque-tacular Spectacular
The event will unite performing artists for trampoline, gymnastics, and aerial acrobatics.
Tickets for the CNE
This year, the event is from August 18 to September 4. Advanced ticket purchases before August 18 are $20. General admission for adults after the 18 is $25. Tickets are on sale and can be purchased through the website.
