World-class chef Matt Dean Pettit recently opened Trinity Market. He described the new spot as a “counter cafe style by day and snack wine bar at night with some amazing snacks, such as Gaucho Empanadas, Primrose bagels, BlackBird Bakery, Noce Restaurant, The Roasted Nut, Cheese Boutique, Salt Gourmet Foods, Pearl Diver Seafood, and many more!” He said they will be, “constantly rotating and working with more and more friends based on items, seasonality and locality.”
