The Empress Lavender Haze cocktail, named after the hit song “Lavender Haze,” features the colour-changing Empress 1908 Indigo Gin paired with lavender, lemon, and floral notes. Other Swiftie-inspired cocktails like Blank Space, Red, and Me!, a free-spirited, non-alcoholic option, are also available. Dig into the Lover dessert (raspberry and pistachio buttercream cake layered with vanilla sponge) for something sweet.

The Eras Menu (OEB’s Version) features three cocktails and two dishes:
- Lavender Haze: A mix of gin, lemonade, club soda, and lavender.

- French Blonde: Lillet Blanc, gin, grapefruit juice, and elderflower liqueur.
