In Canada, both Wendy’s and Burger King, major players in the fast food industry, are running promotions this week. However, if you want to take advantage of their discounted fries, you may need to fulfill a few minor requirements.
In the past, McDonald’s Canada has given away free fries on National French Fry Day. Unfortunately, this time around, a spokesperson for the company informed Narcity that they won’t be participating in the festivities. This is disappointing news for Canadians, considering that McDonald’s in the United States is still distributing free fries on the special day.

Nevertheless, having two chains offering inexpensive fries is definitely worth noting!
For Wendy’s Canada, the opportunity to savor some hot and crispy salted fries extends beyond a single day. From July 10 to July 16, Canadians can purchase a large serving of fries for only $1 as part of the National French Fry Day celebration.
To take advantage of this deal, all you need to do is download the Wendy’s Rewards App to join in on the French fry fun. And as mentioned earlier, you have the entire week to enjoy your affordable fries.
Similarly, Burger King is also celebrating these crispy potato sticks for a week, running from July 10 to 15. If this appeals to you, note that the fries are available for pickup only. You can place your order through their mobile app or website.

KFC has announced that customers can enjoy free fries when they spend a minimum of $1 from July 13 to July 16. To redeem this offer, customers must have the KFC app downloaded on their mobile devices.
