This stunning restaurant offers an incredible blend of Pan-Asian cuisine, sophisticated cocktails, and a unique ambiance (like no other) inspired by the legendary Alexander McQueen. The restaurant/supper club also features a stunning rooftop patio, providing a lush oasis with cityscape views that perfectly complement the culinary delights on offer. It’s literally a sea of teal blue, like something straight out of a movie, and with all the details…in typical Charles Kabouth fashion. This place has a VIBE for every occasion. Inside, the main dining room is a lavish golden haven, reminiscent of the opulence featured in our Holiday issue cover spreads with Tyler Shaw. Ultra’s menu is a journey through traditional Asian dishes infused with international flavours, making every bite a memorable adventure. Honestly, I was blown away. It’s that good.
The eats & drinks
Must haves: The Patrón tequila Hinomaru cocktail hit the spot. And to eat, I can’t choose just one so I have to say the mushroom fried rice, udon cacio e pepe, and the Szechuan eggplant. And that’s just to start. Go wild with the mains!

For lunch
From Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Ultra’s lunch menu offers a variety of tantalizing dishes:
- Appetizers: Start with options like Edamame with black garlic sauce and sea salt, Thai Spring Rolls with a thai mango sweet chili sauce, or the Chilean Sea Bass Spring Roll with shiso tartare.
- Salads: The Ultra Caesar Salad with miso dressing and nori pangrattato or the refreshing Papaya & Mango Salad with thai dressing, peanuts, and lotus chips are perfect light options.
- Mains: Indulge in the 8 oz Striploin Steak with shiso chimichurri, the Szechuan Spiced Short Rib, or the Miso Sablefish with yuzu hollandaise. For something lighter, the Udon Noodle Cacio e Pepe with truffle and chives is a must-try.
