Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin Cocktail
Gin is slowly getting on people’s radar, and what better way to check out some delicious new Gin options on the market then with a cocktail, using a Drinks by the Dram Gin dram from their Holiday Calendar. This deliciously tangy cocktail is the perfect combination of citrus, spritz-y spiciness from the ginger beer and Gin.
What you’ll need:
- 1 collins glass
- Ginger beer, or Gingerale (your call)
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Lime wedge and Mint to garnish
- Ice cubes
- 1 Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin dram, That Boutique-y Gin Company Advent Calendar by Drinks by the Dram
Mix up the ginger beer, lime juice, a dram of Gin, and some ice, then put some ice in the collins glass, pour over the mix over a strain into the glass, and garnish.

Yuzu Gin Cocktail
Citrus really does take Gin to a whole new level–particularly for those less familiar with it. Mixed with some Grapefruit juice, and the Yuzu Gin, you achieve perfection. Whether to get your night started with, or for hosting some of your favourites over Holidays, you can’t go wrong.
What you’ll need:
- 1 collins glass
- Fresh Lemonade
- Grapefruit twist and Lemon wedge to garnish
- Ice cubes
- 1 Yuzu Gin dram, That Boutique-y Gin Company Advent Calendar by Drinks by the Dram
Mixup the fresh lemonade, the dram of Yuzu gin, and ice cubes. Strain over ice in the collins glass. Garnish with the grapefruit twist and lemon wedge, and cheers.
Yuletide Gin Cocktail
Not only does this one taste amazing, it looks so festive too. The pomegranate seeds really to look amazing, and taste just as good as they look. This cocktail is so refreshingly simply yet tasty. It’ll be sure to leave you wanting more.
What you’ll need:
- 1 collins glass
- Aromatic tonic
- Pomegrante seeds
- Orange zest strip
- Ice cubes
- 1 Yuletide Gin dram, That Boutique-y Gin Company Advent Calendar by Drinks by the Dram
Mix up the tonic, pomegranate seeds, ice, and the dram of Yuletide Gin in a cocktail shaker. Pour it into the collins glass and garnish with the orange zest strip.

Strawberry & Balsamico Gin Cocktail
If you aren’t crazy for strawberry, don’t worry. The Strawberry & Balmasmico Gin cocktail has a sense of nostalgia, maybe it’s the cream soda, but it’s somewhat of a take on creamsicle ,with a but of a kick.
What you’ll need:
- 1 collins glass
- Cream soda
- Lime and mint to garnish
- Ice cubes
- 1 Strawberry & Balsamico Gin dram, That Boutique-y Gin Company Advent Calendar by Drinks by the Dram
Pour the gin dram over ice into the bottom of the glass, then top it off with cream soda and a wedge of lime, then top with a slice of lime and mint to garnish. You will be pleasantly surprised.
