The luxury hotel is set to open the doors to Roses Cocina, a new venture by The Food Dudes Corp.’s Executive Chef Adrian Niman. If his name sounds like a familiar one, it’s because of other dining spots in The 6ix including Rasa and Pantry.

With a menu curated by Niman, Roses Cocina is set to serve its unique take on North American cuisine. The menu features snack items, shareable plates and main courses, along with a flavourful selection of beverages. There’s also a focus on highlighting the best of local produce and Canadian ingredients. The restaurant prides itself on preparing all aspects of the meals from scratch as well.
And while you might go in for the food, you might end up staying for the views. The restaurant is housed on Hotel X’s second floor, with breathtaking skyline views to accompany your dining experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows, long tables and a bar are some of the signature aspects of the new space.

The team also has a vision for an outdoor patio in mind for the summer, though a fixed date hasn’t been announced yet. Whether you’re looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner, Roses Cocina has got you covered on all fronts. It opens as early as 7am daily for breakfast until 10:30, with lunch from Monday to Friday from 11:30am and dinner daily from 5pm.
