I say cookies, you say food truck! I mean, what shouts fall louder than a freshly baked cookie with a warm cup of coffee? So it’s pretty exciting that a Toronto cookie shop will be roaming the streets soon, offering the baked goods. You most probably wouldn’t miss it, given its pink colour with the presence of a rainbow heart on it.
There’s no way to talk about cookies in the 6ix without mentioning Craig’s Cookies in the same sentence. Its popularity has only grown over the years, leading to multiple locations in the city. Now with their food truck, the team will travel to various neighbourhoods across Toronto, and the GTA, rural communities and cottage country.
The wheels start rolling in October, but to celebrate the launch, the food truck will be stationed at Trinity Bellwoods Park on September 30. You can find it on the south side, along Queen Street West from 1pm to 3pm.

“We’re going beyond downtown Toronto, reaching communities throughout Ontario where folks may not be able to travel to the city regularly. It’s a big milestone for the company, and it’s an opportunity to spread our message of acceptance and diversity to an even wider audience,” Craig Pike, owner of Craig’s Cookies, said in a press release statement.
The food truck will be serving the brand’s iconic chocolate chip cookie, filled with choice of toppings like peanut butter cups, pop tarts, Mars bars, or Snickers.
