This Thursday, true burger connoisseurs are in for one helluva treat. The reason? California’s beloved burger joint In-N-Out will be gracing Toronto tastebuds with a pop-up event hosted at Dan Gunam’s east-end Italian eatery, Osteria de Ganzi.
Ganzi, located at 504 Jarvis Street East, is housed in a beautiful historical mansion built in 1891, making the location for this pop-up perfect given that In-N-Out has been family owned since 1948.

From Paris Hilton, to Miley Cyrus, to our favourite foul-mouthed chef Gordon Ramsay, In-N-Out is the holy grail for burger lovers south of the border. These types of pop-up events are rare for In-N-Out, so unless you’ve got a round-trip to LA stashed in between your mattresses, we’re going to suggest you high-tail it out to Ganzi this Thursday between 11am and 3pm. There’s no talk yet about whether In-N-Out has its eyes on a Toronto location, but we’re hoping that with this kind of impromptu pop-up, they’re at least thinking about it. Until then, we’ll be thinking about how many 3x3s is socially acceptable to order in one sitting.
