Indulging in an 8-course dinner at Briscola…

Briscola Tasting

Two weeks ago, I asked Stella of www.FoodJunkieChronicles.com and Andrew of www.DobbernationLoves.com to join me at Briscola Trattoria, one of Charles Khabouth’s latest culinary ventures.  Located on College Street, none of us were expecting the culinary pleasure we experienced.  Not a disappointing course… and we had eight!

I am keeping the written part short as it was so DELICIOUS from start to finish that the vlog is a little longer than I like.  However, it is well worth the watch and moreso, a definite MUST VISIT.

Briscola is located at 501 College Street.
