At one of Toronto’s newest Hotel additions on the lakefront, Hotel X Toronto, catered byPeterandPauls, who run the F&B at the hotel, and hosted by The Opulent Club and Swagger Magazine, the evening was nothing but that… opulent. A beautiful crowd, great tunes, and delicious food. The sums it all up quite well.
There’s no other way we can think of to better ring in the new year.

Mother nature wasn’t quite on our side this year, and decided to wash away 2018, but that didn’t stop any of these guests from looking HOT AF. As the beautiful crowd started to fill the room, guests were greeted with bubbles and delicious hors d’oeuvres.
Much like many past events put on by The Opulent Club and Swagger Magazine, quickly the room filled with familiar faces — from Toronto socialites, artists, entrepreneurs, athletes, designers and more. Even Fashion Santa was ready to kick back and party!
As if the great tunes, and even greater company weren’t enough… the dinner really did hit the spot. Starting it off with a delicious salad, followed by a perfectly cooked entree, whether it was a beef steak, fish or vegetarian dish, and ending it off with a deliciously decadent chocolate dessert.
After all that, the guests still did not hesitate to jump onto the dance floor whenever one of the fav hits came on. They danced right through the night.

Then as if the 3-course meal wasn’t enough, they brought out the heavy hitters… sliders, and build-your-own-poutine stations. Talk about a feast!
We wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Well except with having YOU join us too. Don’t miss out on the next one. We will surely be back at Hotel X Toronto very soon.
