Interested in all things Italian? CENTITALIA: Gusto Cultura! is the Italian Food Tour that covers it all! Taking place at Centennial College, this is an event you and your taste buds don’t want to miss.
If there’s anyone who’s mastered the art of cooking, it’s the Italians. Their passion comes out in their food and inspires kitchens everywhere. And with popularity, of course, comes the copy cats. But the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario (ICCO) wants to set things straight and get real with you about what authentic Italian food is all about!
From November 15-18, Centennial College will be hosting CENTITALIA: Gusto Cultura! in their brand new Culinary Arts Centre. The four-day food tour covers all things Italian and will feature a Food Symposium with some of Italy’s finest exports and top chefs. The event kicks off with a panel discussion hosted by Chef Rob Gentile (of King Street Food Company), followed by workshops with Italian master chefs, and delicious food and wine tastings.

Aside from eating great food, visitors will learn how authentic Italian products make their way to Canada, how to make their own sophisticated and rustic Italian dishes using authentic Italian products and how to properly cut Parmigiano di Reggiano, slice Parmigiano di Reggiano, heat up oil & more.
The Italian Food Tour Series is a great way to immerse yourself in the culture – consider it your ticket to Italy, minus the hefty price tag!
