Jollibee, the beloved Filipino fast-food chain, has again delighted fans by reintroducing its iconic Ube Pie for a limited time. This beloved dessert, made with the vibrant and fragrant ube (purple yam), has been a fan favourite for years. The signature menu item on Jollibee’s menu will only be available across Canada for a limited time, so whether you’re a fan from before or want to give ube a try, now’s your chance to check it out.
Jollibee’s Ube Pie
“The return of Ube Pie is one we’re undeniably excited about, having first debuted the item back in 2021,” Maribeth Dela Cruz, Business Group Head, Honeybee Foods Corporation dba Jollibee, said in a press release statement. “As Ube continues to enjoy the culinary spotlight, we’re thrilled to give fans the chance to taste the iconic flavour they’ve heard so much about.”
Known for its vibrant purple colour and smooth texture, ube offers a sweet, yet mild flavour unlike anything else. Wrapped in a buttery, flaky crust, the brand’s Ube Pie can be had on its own or as part of one of its meals.

That’s not all that’s new for Jollibee. Due to popular demand, the fast food chain has added two chicken sandwich combinations to its permanent menu. One is the Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwich ($11.99 CAD), with hand-breaded chicken breast fillet, savoury umami mayo, bacon, and melted cheese.
The other is the Aloha Chicken Sandwich ($11.99 CAD), which has an Aloha dressing, grilled pineapple ring, bacon, and whole-leaf lettuce.
Both the sandwiches and the Ube Pie can be found across Canada’s Jollibee locations. So head to your nearest Jollibee location and indulge in the limited-time Ube Pie before it’s gone. You can keep an eye out on the brand’s socials for more updates.
