Sometimes we can’t help but wonder if the allure of being famous is much more simple than we think. Maybe we all are just envious of the trophies and award shows the rich and famous get to go to every other day. For most people, the last trophy we get is somewhere between high school football playoffs and debate club finals, but imagine you could still receive trophies now for all of your most random accomplishments!
That’s why we’re currently obsessed with “Trophy Buffet – Celebrate Something” on Kickstarter, started by a group of designers and creative directors who came up with the idea to launch trophies for every occasion. From “Mom, Dad – I’m gay” coming out trophies to “You’re not a dumb blonde after all” graduation trophies, these trophies are the coolest way to mark life’s most underrated but nevertheless important moments. Think of it as someecards.com in physical trophy form. If we could give the creators a trophy, it would say, “Thanks for making me feel creative every time I give a gift and have no original ideas of my own.”
