No one ever said no to dumplings. Whether as an appetizer or a main course meal, they are a burst of flavour in each bite. But like many delicious foods, there’s an art to making this much-loved dish. So if you love dumplings and are interested in trying to master your dumpling recipe, a certain Pan Asian restaurant in Toronto is giving people the chance to do just that.
About DASHA’s dumpling-making class
On May 10, the restaurant is hosting its first Art of Dumpling class. Following their first class, classes will be held on a quarterly basis. DASHA’s own chefs will be teaching the class for each session. The entire process of making dumplings will be shared, from the dough preparation to the cooking procedure.
Each ticket comes with a welcome cocktail, sample dumplings from DASHA, and the dumplings that will be prepared during the class. You will also get a recipe card so you can recreate the dish at home.
