It’s starting to feel a lot like winter with the dark and cold days making their appearance. Paying a visit to the Toronto Light Festival is the perfect way to break off from those winter blues.
With more than 20 installations from local and international artists, the festival is set to run from January 17 to March 1, 2020. There are not just standalone visual pieces, but also interactive and playful artwork. Music, design and colours have all been integrated beautifully to tell a story.
The creators of the pieces are from all over the globe, including Netherlands, Australia and the UK. The installations have been set up at the Distillery District and is free to the public to attend.

In addition, the Toronto Light Fest will offer a $1,000 Distillery District shopping spree for the “best instagrammed image”. It’s an exciting chance for visitors to share their Insta-worthy picture for any of these gorgeous artworks.
