There’s no shortage of great restaurants in The 6ix which can either be seen as a blessing or a curse. You’ll always have a good meal in the city but, it may be difficult to pick where to go! If you’ve been on the hunt for some great eats, look no further! At the recent Sial Canada conference Toronto Chef Matty Matheson dished out his three favourite places to eat in the city right now.
Known for his much-loved restaurants across Toronto like Matty’s Patty’s, Rizzo’s House of Parm and Prime Seafood Palace, Matty Matheson has authority, to say the least when it comes to restaurant recommendations. At the recent Sial Canada conference, Matheson spoke with Fook Fast Food in a short interview in which he detailed his favourite places to eat in Toronto right now. He also announced plans to continue working on Matheson Food Company in an effort to get his sauces and salad dressings out there for people to enjoy.
Sean Castelino, the man behind Fook Fast Food, is on a mission to experience food from around the world without leaving Canada. He’s looking for flavours he’s never had, understanding cultures he’s unfamiliar with and exploring authentic dishes.
