Last year it was announced that Pablo, home to the best cheese tarts in Japan, would be opening up its first store in Toronto. Now the wait is finally over, and soon everyone will be able to get a taste of the famous ooey-gooey cheese tarts that have captured the hearts of the people in Asia.
Pablo has a pretty sweet interior, with its dark polished wood furniture, couches dotted with branded throw pillows, and vignettes hanging on the wall. The whole space gives off a cafe-like vibe, making it the perfect place to chill with friends.
Cheese tarts are the main attraction at Pablo, and no visit is complete without trying one. With a fluffy lava cheese filling enveloped in a crispy crust and topped with a layer of tart apricot jam, it’s a feast for the eyes and the stomach.

In addition to cheese tarts, there’s a selection of other equally indulgent desserts, like their line of milkshakes and soft serves. They also have their own brand of coffee.
Pablo is located at 114 Dundas St. West in Toronto, and the grand opening is Friday, August 18 at 4 pm. The first 150 customers get a free cheese tart, so get there early!
