The love for vegan food is on the rise! The plant-based restaurant in Toronto, which has multiple locations in The 6ix, has opened up another branch in Danforth. It seems like the brand is on a roll, making this the eighth location. Fresh has been around since 1999, offering a wide and extensive menu of plant-based items.

The new dine-in location is situated at 320 Danforth Avenue. The outdoor patio itself has a capacity of 30 seats. The opening of the branch is part of Fresh’s rapid expansion plans for 2022, along with new storefronts planned for 2023.

In addition to a regular vegan menu, the plant-based restaurant in Toronto also offers one with dishes that are completely gluten-free. The regular menu for all the locations feature a variety of burgers, wraps, salads, bowls (brown basmati rice or soba noodles), cold pressed juices, smoothies and other beverages.
Fresh has a weekend brunch as well from 11:30am – 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. You can find Avocado Grilled Cheese, Green Eggs Burrito, Almond Butter French Toast, Salad for Breakfast, and a Yoghurt + Granola Bowl. Drinks are available too, including mimosa, punch, and coffee.
