Hong Shing
The restaurant is offering a LNY Chef Tasting Menu until February 14 and reservations can be made via Tock. Additionally, there will also be the Three Dragon’s Dinner, where Chef Eva Chin and Chef Wallace Wong, have collaborated with Restaurateur Colin Li of Hong Shing. It’s for one night only on February 22.
LOUIX LOUIS
A prix fixe menu, inspired by French and Asian flavours. The dishes include abalone & chicken consommé, foie gras & pork dumplings, red snapper with Lo Hei slaw, and red bean pudding. Available from February 8-11. Reservations can be made via OpenTable.

Kiin
Chef Nuit Regular and The Soy Luck Club’s Chef Eva Chin have come up with a six-course menu that blends the culinary traditions of Chinese and Thai cuisines. Tickets for the dinner on February 12 can be booked online.
Yu Seafood

Known for their soup dumplings, Qin’s Garden is launching the Red Dumplings as a LNY special. Available from February 9-29, the red-skinned dumplings are filled with beef and onion. You can enjoy them steamed or pan-fried.

The Lunar New Year Afternoon Tea has sweet treats like the Mandarin (almond tart with blood orange compote), and Jasmine Mango. For savoury, you’ve got items like Duck Confit Taro Puff, and Beef Bao Bun. Lunar New Year Cocktails are also available.
