Owners of The Slow Room coffee shop, Roberto and Sandra Mandarino, are brewing up some new food-centric concepts to keep Torontonians abuzz. According to Toronto Life, we should see their food truck, Bestia, hitting the streets of the city sometime next week with a full-scale Annette Street restaurant called Sagra launching in about a month. The Junction eatery will be serving up rustic Italian fare from a wood-burning oven, and what’s most interesting is that their concept will not falter when on the road. Bestia will officially become the first food truck in Toronto to house a wood burning oven. That’s enough to heat up our appetites!
