Spring was a bit of a cold bitch this year. Rather than greeting us with pretty blooms and fresh grass growth we were instead subject to snow squalls and extreme cold alerts after an already brutal winter. But it appears that Mother Nature may finally be willing to forgive and forget as the temperatures are slowly creeping up and we can at least begin to consider relegating our sweaters and toques into storage. As we prepare to shove Old Man Winter into hibernation and once again embrace bare ankles and pedicures, we can allow ourselves to get excited about spring fashion. And this year spring is all about the floral patterns offering us a chance to reminisce about the prettier springtimes of yesteryear. Time to shake off your couture cobwebs and put some flower power in your get-up as you run excitedly into the arms of summer… you remember what summer is, right?
