Summerlicious officially kicks off today, and while we’ve been writing about everything to expect for weeks, we finally get to enjoy all those reservations we’ve made about town. Yesterday, we actually got to have a serious preview of the next two weeks of food bliss at the AGO’s Summerlicious media tasting. Three restaurants – Frank Restaurant, Crush Wine Bar and Tabülè Middle Eastern Cuisine – served up their Summerlicious offerings to media peeps. Executive Chef Jeff Dueck of FRANK Restaurant, Chef Trista Sheen of Crush Wine Bar and Chef Rony Goraichy of Tabülè Middle Eastern Cuisine introduced their dishes and hung out for what ended up being a pretty cool Canadian version of July 4th. There are 196 restaurants participating in this year’s Summerlicious, and we can definitely give the thumbs up to these three. Check out the photos above to see for yourself…
