Give us a snippet about you. What should people know?
I’m a true Scorpio. I believe in karma. There’s nothing more important to me than my husband, daughter, the baby in my belly and the rest of my family and friends. I don’t give a shit about keeping up with the Joneses – neither should you. My team are the ones that make me look so good. I never go to bed without washing my face or brushing my teeth. I dream vividly every night. I believe my mother, who I lost many years ago to cancer, watches over me and can hear me when I need her. In another life, I could have been a rock star, minus being able to sing well – just the lifestyle.

Finish this sentence: I love Toronto because…
…it’s home.
What are three things you simply cannot live without?
French fries. Sex. Sleep. Maybe not in that order.
What’s your favourite restaurant and why?
That’s like picking a favourite child. I have so many. The burger at The Drake Hotel, wonton soup at Spadina Garden, Mediterranean from Me Va Me, the club sandwich from Steve’s Restaurant, anything from Fresh, bagels from Bagel World (with salmon from Kristapsons), sushi from Nama Sushi, and on and on. I love to eat.
What’s your favourite drink/cocktail and where do you go to get it?
Vodka martini with three (preferably) fat, pitted olives at Soho House.

Who’s your favourite designer/brand and why do you sport their fashions?
I don’t have a favourite. Sometimes I wear Prada and sometimes I wear H&M. If it looks good and fits well, I buy it. I do love to support Canadian fashion whenever I can. Same way I support Canadian art, film, theatre, etc. I have a lot of sunglasses, necklaces and purses. I wear a lot of black – always have – so my accessories make my outfits. And you’ll always find me in a pair of Chucks vs. a pair of heels when it allows. It’s a necessity that I can dance whenever I want to. Being uncomfortable is never sexy.
