What were the biggest challenges and best rewards about being a part of the show?
The challenges of having to push yourself to the limit every day no matter what else was going on was difficult, and the rewards would be meeting and cooking for some of the best chefs in the world and creating friendships with the other competitors.
What are you most excited about for the future?
I am excited for my new life starting a family, and for what great things are going to happen in the Okanagan culinary scene.
Tell us about your audition video – what was the inspiration?
My audition tape was filmed at my family’s farm just out side of Kelowna, BC. Growing up there has really had a huge impact on who I am today and my goals and values in life. I wanted to show Top Chef Canada who I was and where I came from.
Why do you think the team at Top Chef Canada picked your audition tape?
I think they picked my tape because I was my true self and really expressed where I got my influences and inspirations in the kitchen from.

Local farmers, my amazing friends and family, wine.
What are some of your favourite restaurants and why?
